1 closes on sat(but open on sun =.=)

1st lesson..

dbas lab..

was late by... 12min?

but.. luckily.. got the 15min grace

and my cher adopt that 15min grace

anyway~

wat we do in e lab?

teacher: "just follow the lab sheet"

didnt teach anything

cos afterall.. the lab today is lyk a revision of dbis

sooo i finished it in... an hr?

near to an hr lah

or.. mayb.. 45min or so...

inclusive of on-ing the com and VM

and aft that..

and for me

i juz stay in e lab

and do cmsk

which.... i still cnt really find a job -.-

went itas to hv lunch..

ate rice..

cos my mum wanted me to...

with kangkong

cos my mum wants me to eat meat also

cos i rarely eat meat

then the whole level 8 seems to be only me myself there

to meet up with kaiwen and others

to talk abt the isaca day...

and.. went to wait for dar to be release...

but apparently...

i dun think he knows abt that

since he didnt come out and see me waiting...

cos.. we chng the meeting venue to ibm lab

soo he didnt come out at all...

until the whole meeting is over....

aft the meeting...

went for sem brief...

and then went itas

for dar to eat his lunch-dinner

and... i waited for my dad to come fetch me home...

aft reaching home...

played tennis again

and...

oopsssss

hit 1 tennis ball out of the court

into the grass patch

and soo

my dad went to find it

according to where i pointed...

in e end

didnt manage to find it

BUT

found 2 other tennis balls..

that doesnt belongs to us

lost 1.. but gain 2

1st lesson...

on writing resume... minutes... and interviews

grouped with kester, yan hua, kin fei and roy

the whole class laughed when boon kiat announced his group number

lol

we are given 40min break

which.. isnt really break..

we are suppose to get the ans for our "task" in that 40min break

and soooo

yan hua & roy brought their laptops along

as we are being ask to leave the tut room

went to business sch canteen

where.. they all eat their brunch

i only eat chee chong fun

anyway~

went to lab

cos boon kiat & april printing

then dar come meet me ^^

went to hv lunch...

and then.. i went to find an empty lab..
boon kiat came to find me at a later time..

and...

i did on my resume!!!

im really surprise....

that i could focus 100% on the resume throughout.... 3hrs!

anyway... then i went off the lab @ 5+

and went to ibm lab

today's dinner..

ate really much more than other days

went for piano in e morning

fall asleep in e car

2nd day of sch only leh!

went to sch aft tat

went to lvl 8

wondering if any lab is empty

or.. are my classmates there

which.. no one and no lab are free

then lazy find other level labs

so juz went concourse

in e end..

saw roy and da zhang @ e concourse

lunch was packed frm itas

which.. i ask for more chili

which... i suppose the auntie didnt hear me

that's y give me super super little chili

DBAS lec aft that

ended... 30min earlier...

juz stayed in e lt

then go for ITSMA lab

and once again...

was released late

even though some ppl actually manage to escape off earlier

cos mr ho was busy editing his resume b4 wanting to show us

accompany dar to hv his dinner

while i eat fries...

dunno y

but dun feel full ever since mon nite

mayb cos didnt eat a lot ba

was cutting down on my diet

took the last bus home

but.. cos in korea.. we felt that the maggi is nice

soooo all 3 project will hv to be submitted in dec loh

1st lesson : DBAS - Database Adminstration and Security

it was a lab session that suppose to be.. 3hr long

which... ended in... 30min-45min?

went to hv lunch with dar

which... wasnt able to @ 1st

but since my class ended early

so cn eat with him loh

then ITSMA(IT Security Management and Audit) lec..

and then break

which is suppose to be my lunch break

then ITSMA again

lab this time...

and.. ended @ 5++

even though my class sld end @ 5

Time to blog what happened in Korea…
All the following are written after I boarded the plane towards Korea. =)

Day 1
Time check: 1040pm. Sg timing.
On e plane off to korea now~

Day 2
Time check: 6.11am, korea time.
[Korea timing s faster than Singapore timing by 1hr.]
Anyway... Arrived in korea aft 2x of rains and thunderstorm. -.-
(at least.. what i heard... sounds lyk rains.. =P)
And also aft 1 vomiting =.=

went to brush my teeth in the toilet and wear contact lens after arriving.
as we are given some time @ e airport
b4 the tour guide bring us around...

really a lot of ppl in e toilet..
brushing... makeup-ing...
lol

Time check: 6.42am
Im hungry aft e vomiting =P
Which… s a good thing. i think
=P
But... Dun wan to eat a lot. Cos ltr still got 1 more flight to jeju

Well... Now... Wait for our jeju flight... Which s in e afternoon. -.-

Brought sth frm FamilyMart. So tat i wouldnt vomit until to hunger...
Feeling better now...
Actually.. wanted to buy porridge to eat de…
Got KFC there… but.. they dun have the porridge :(

Juz now went to c cosmetic. Cheap sia. But... my mum brought 1 eyebrow pen only..
Then.. My mum tried an eyeliner on me.
But... E point s....
She only apply to 1 eye. So.. When i clear off...
Only 1 eye got glitter. Lol. -.-

Now at the Blue House(青瓦台) where e president lives. Its suppose to b e 6th day venue. But cos now got time... So go 1st loh.
Anyway... Of cos cnt go in loh.. But... Opp it s nice.
e water fountain s nice. ^^

And then... Went to e Royal Palace(朝鲜王朝故宫). C e old palace that e jap give to e king to live during their occupation. However.... They

also builded another government de building in e palace. Kinda of insult ba. Lol

Then.. Went to have lunch. Lunch s Ginseng Chicken Soup(人参炖鸡汤)
1 whole chicken each per person. With some noodles and quite a lot of rice. But... E rice s not e normal de. I dunno how to spell e word

lah. Hint: starts with G

Aft lunch... Which s now... 12.42pm korea timing, on e way to Gimpo airport to transfer to Jeju. (we currently in seoul)

Time check: 1.21pm...
Waiting for e flight to jeju. ^^

Time check: 3.23pm...
Reached jeju...
With a super GOOD in braking and fast flying up pilot. ^^

Went to c e Mysterious Road(神奇之路) and see how water will flow up instead of e usual down. Also c how bottle will roll up. Also also... How

come running backwards up s more faster than running down.
A lot of ppl try the food at the roadside..
We tried too! haha

Then... Went to c e Bunjae Park(盆栽石物园) where i c lots of potted plants in stones. And e stone isnt juz stone. Its frm e dry lava of

volcano eruption. ^^

Anyway... Now going to shopping at Central Arcade(中央商城)
Time now s... 4.23pm

(oh! And my battery running low. -.-)

Time now: 5.10pm
Juz went for a fast shopping. W/o buying a thing. Cos our tour guide ask us to buy frm seoul instead of jeju.
Anyway... I wanna buy boots. =P

Next stop: Yongduam Rock(龙头岩)
Which... S.... Seeing rock... That looks lyk a dragon.
Too bad e sun effect... So... Cnt really produce a gd pic.

Time check: 5.36pm(sg 4.36pm only leh!)
Off to have our dinner.

Time check: 620pm.
Had a fish steamboat. And now... Off to hotel. =)
E sky s so so dark now. Not cos raining btw.
Ps. I miss my dar. =P

Went out of hotel to shop shop a while.

And now.. 9.48pm...
Im going to sleep. ^^
Tmr 7am morning call.
Gdnite~

Day 3
Now s 8.23am. Off to have breakfast.
Not in hotel... Somewhere outside.
Eating Abalone Porridge. Got seaweed on it... And it makes me want to buy seaweed. Haha. My hse de seaweed r all eaten. =P

Now.. Going to Sunrise Peak(城山日出峰). its a 1hr trip. Its e long ride so far(besides e air travel).
Climb e mountain. X.X
On e tip... Suppose to b cold. But... Its hot! Cos of e burning sun. Lol.
B4 climbing... Its cold. While climbing... HOT!
Then.. At e shop... Got sell chocolate. Orange de. Ver nice. ^^
y no strawberry. :(

Next: Seopjikoji(涉地岬) and time: 11.14am
Went to see sea... Rocks... And korea drama place.

Then went to Folk Village(城邑民俗村) where we noe how life s back then... And also try their homemake stuff. Example… honey

And then... Went to eat.
Eat Black Boar BBQ(黑猪肉烧烤). Eat with e vege in a mouth. =P

Next... To ATV-All Terrain(ATV 四轮机车越野游) its lyk driving a 4-wheel motorcycle.
Fun! ^^
But cos of e vibration by e motor... My hand kinda numb when holding e brake. Lol
E venue s also where 大长今 s taken. Haha
Actually… it’s the place.. where 韩尚宫 s dead at. =X

So now.. 3.20pm. Off to Cheonjeyeon Waterfalls(天帝渊瀑布). 50min ride~

Reached. And enjoy e scenery.
Oh-oh! And... I went to remove my shoes and socks to put my legs in e water. =P
Cold~~
Leg went numb sia. =P

Then now... Teddy Bear time! ^^
Ver ver nice and cute!
I wanna buy. :(
And.. It remind me of e bear on my bed at home. =P
But… didn’t buy. Cos.. quite expensive :(

Went to have dinner...
Korean Steam Boat(韩式火锅)
Then... Got some ppl eat sashimi style de. Pay extra SGD$37+
Then.. They also eat live octopus!
Cut the legs when its still alive. ><
Eww.
Walked back to hotel after dinner. Cos it was near. Haha
Lyk juz opp of the road lyk that =.=

And.. Im back to hotel now. Some of e ppl follows e tour guide to casino. But... We didnt.
Cos.. I cnt go(im e youngest. And... E 2nd youngest s... 21 loh) -.-
and.. Tmr 630 morning call. Cos flight back to seoul at 9am.
So.. Tat all. ^^

Day 4
Good morning~
Juz had my breakfast in e hotel today...
Ate cerel also. ^^
I miss it! Haha

Going off airport soon ^^
Time now s 9.12am(sg 8.12am)
On e plane back to Gimpo Airport

Back to Gimpo Airport... With a better landing. =P
Now waiting for e bus. I kinda of having sore throat lyk tat. :(
On e bus now~ pink colour curtain. Looks lyk my room de. =P

Time now: 11.10am
Went to eat BBQ Pork again.
Suppose to b eating by ourselves de. But... We let e tour guide bring us to eat.
Afterall… we dunno how to talk in Korean.. soo kinda difficult for us to buy.

Anyway... Now in everland! ^^
4hr =)
Took the super short cable car to the other side of the everland with the other ppl
The tour guide led us de..
Played the 2 water rides! ^^
Wasn’t really that wet leh. Hehe
Luckily.. if not super cold
Also sat on the zoo ride.. which.. we queued for.. an hr!
Which.. we cn see tigers.. white tigers… bears… elephants and more at a closer view
Even closer than sg de.
Cos the animals can walk on the road that the car driving at.
Haha
Then.. the driver even throw food to the bears.. so that the bears are standing up!
Ver cute! I wan to hug them! =P
Then.. we also saw 2 bears fighting in e pool!
Lol
we also took the 海盗船. 1st time trying
Ver ver ver fun!
But also little dizzy
then went to take pics and walk out of the theme park loh
cos hv to meet le
cos.. we tot is 5pm meet
which is actually 530
actually.. a lot of ppl was wondering.. was it 5.. or 530?
Soo when we meet with some other ppl… we all set the timing ourself..

But.. it is taster than sg de ^^

Now s 6.02pm.
Finally meet up with everyone and took the everland shuttle bus to our own tour bus..
On e way to Mt Sorak(雪狱山). 2hr 30min bus ride.
LONG!
And.. thirsty…
No water :(
My throat~~
Yawn. ><
Dinner will b there... which is…. At 8+ loh

Now s 8.11pm.
Sleep twice. When wake up... Kinda shocked.
Y?
Cos e windows panels r all blur-ed cos of e temp. Haha ><
Anyway... Still hvnt reach -.-
I need e toilet T.T

Finally reached at 8.45pm
Cold! Brrr...

Dinner was... Bbq Tofu. Lol
Finally no meat! =P
We had been eating lots of meat
Especially pork!
But.. their pork is nicer than sg de loh
(no offends.. to the muslim =X)

And then... Came to e resort. Sleeping on e floor de. =)
Better go prepare to sleep soon. ^^
Ate sore throat medic + panadol

Cos.. throat really pain

Day 5
Sore throat s better now. ^^
Breakfast in e resort...
Our scenery s towards e mountain. Ver nice ^^

Then... Went to Mt Sorak National Park(雪狱山公园). Took cable car up. Then climb mountain by a little.
Got up to e peak... Kinda scary.
Cos... If u not careful... U will fall... ALL E WAY DOWN. There's no protection de.
Then.. On top, e wind super big! Luckily i was sitting. If not... Sure fall. ><

And then took e cable car down. Went to c Sinheungsa Temple(新兴寺)
Drank e lucky mountain water there. ^^

And now... On e way to have lunch. Today lunch was Steamboat Mushroom.
(korea got a lot of steamboat type sia)

Now... Went to Daepo Harbour(大浦港). Brought ice cream. Cos they say nice wat. Haha. Lol

Then to Abai Village(阿爸村). Took e boat across e river, then back. And.. E boat s moving via pulling e string. Lol

Time now: 2.26pm.
Going to e last venue then go back hotel
Last venue s Naksan Beach(洛山海水浴场). C e sea. ^^
Found 1 seashell
Looks prefect when I pick it up
But.. when I was near the tour bus
Then I realize that the shell got a bit off :(

Now.. 2.45pm. Back to resort
HOT SPRINGS time!~

Now s 5.45pm. Juz came back frm hot springs. ^^
Actually… should be HOT & COLD springs..
Im not singing tat song hor!
Juz cos... Went to enjoy e hot springs tat s... 40degree. And... Its outdoor!
So... When going out, while wearing only e swimming suit + swimming cap. So... Its super cold!
Then.. Went indoor for a 11degree de.. =P
Hands and feet(especially feet) were super freezing to e point of feeling numb. =P
Then.. Went outdoor again.
For a Jasmine Bath. Which s... 43degree. Lol
Then also got try e massage de. Only 33degree. Counted average ba…
Went to 5 type of pool in total. And spent 2hr+.
Spa until a little dizzy. Haha

Now... Have to wait for time to pass. 7pm then go lobby meet and for dinner.^^
Oh ya! E mountains opp our room s now covered with mist. Lol
Went to e next block to shop.
Actually wanna play pool. But not enough time. So went shopping at e shop.
There's cuttlefish biscuit. Tat they give us try. Ver ver nice!
Then also try ginseng biscuit. Ver ver nice and familiar taste also! ^^
And now.. Waiting in e lobby to go for dinner ^^
Super hungry aft hot springs. ><

Ate BBQ Squid + Pork(鱿鱼猪肉烧)
Of cos.. I didnt eat squid loh. Haha
Now s 7.57pm.
Tmr have to get ready at 6.50am.
Yawn~

Day 6
Now s 7am. Our tour guide went to return e resort keys for us.. Then.. Going for breakfast outside of resort.
And then...
2hr 30min ride back to seoul again -.-

Breakfast s Dumpling Udon(水饺面) then now 8am.
2 more hr ride~ let's sleep ^^

Reached at 9.49am. ><
At Yeoju Premium Outlet(骊州名牌直销厂). Went shopping for branded stuff.
But.. Didnt manage to get a thing. Cos... Too expensive.
Got 1 shoes still ok. Quite nice... But dun have my size. T.T
My mum brought 1 pair of Puma Shoes at less than SGD$20

Then now... Going to have lunch... Today's lunch s Bibimbap(石锅拌饭). But... B4 tat... 40min ride -.-
Right after eating, went to do kimchi. Then also try e hanbok. Pink colour ^^
Ver fun! Hehe

Then now.. On e way to Dongdaemun(东大门). 30-40min ride.
Shop shop. Brought T-shirt and earring.
Earring s only $3+. Then my mum brought shoes which s only....

Saw a boots... Which s a different type of normal boots. Ver nice. But... A little tied. So.. Didnt buy. T.T

We also brought rice-cake(辣年糕) while on e way to Cheonggyecheon Stream(清溪川). Ver nice! I mean e rice-cake. =P

Now leh... Going to Insadong(仁寺洞). Another shopping place. ^^
Wanted to buy the nail stickers..
But.. my mum say.. tmr then buy
Sld be cheaper.. so didn’t buy loh~

Then then went to another shopping place - Trendy Street(新村女人街)
Brought an $172+ jeans. Sg sells $400+ de!
Then i tot i cnt fit in... In e end.. Can leh! Haha
Still cnt really buy e shoes... :(

Anyway... Went to have dinner there...
Eat... I-dunno-why. Lyk fried rice lyk tat.. We cook by ourselves de. ^^

And now... On e way to hotel. 30min. Yawn~
Our tour guide said tat e hotel we living in s ver pretty. Got a lot of korean drama taken there.
Let's see~

Sigh... Phone's dead. :(
I also dunno y. Maybe too cold. =P or.. Hopefully s cos no battery. Even though I juz charge it ytd. -.-
So.. Now using my mum de... Anyway... Now on e way for breakfast. Left hotel at 8am. Now alr 8.54am, we still haven reach. Y?

Super lots of cars...

Anyway... Ate breakfast buffet. And now on e way to Ginseng Shop.
Brought 300g for cooking soup de.

Now leh...
going to Ji&Mi Facial Hands-on(知与美护肤面膜新体验). Do facial.

Now on e way for lunch. Stewed Duck Full Set(烤鸭全餐). 1St... Eat sesame porridge, then bbq duck, then duck soup, then cold noodles, lastly

korean style of ice-kachang.
Haha

And now.. Going to The Face Shop to buy cosmetic.

Buy until 60000Won(SGD$75) sia. Brought Eyebrow pen, mascara, eye shadow, lip glow, blusher, foundation
Saw 向云 in The Face Shop! And.. She going back on e same day and same plane with us! Haha

Anyway, now another shopping area - Myeongdong(明洞). Need to change money again.
Then... Finally.. Finally....
Brought my shoes! $31+ sia. Lol
Then... my mum brought shirts also.. $3 only leh!
Then also buy seaweed and socks. Very cute. =P
really buy quite a lot there. ^^

But... Didnt manage to go Namdaemun(南大门).
Which s juz opposite e road.
Got on time. Even though we are given 2hr 30min. =P
Suppose to b 3hr de..
But... Cos we spent too much time in The Face Shop. =P
Now leh... Going for dinner. ^^

Dinner was Pork Bone Soup.. Sit on e floor lyk e korean, lyk our lunch time. Sit until leg numb. ><
Now on e way back to hotel. Time s 9pm.
Going back to singapore tmr. ><

Day 8 - Last Day
Can use my own phone le. ^^
Seems lyk got no battery. But... I confirm got charge leh... :(
Anyway... Now on e way for breakfast. Its a chinese meal, tat's wat e tour guide said. Lol
Super oily. >< but... Ok lah.. Rarely eat so oily... E other 7 days in korea... Eat no oil de.
BBQ s use soup to cook de. Lol...

Anyway... Went to Amethyst(紫水晶) Factory...

Then now... Cordyceps(东虫夏草) didnt buy a thing...

Then went to buy korean food. Buy until 77 000+ won. Near to S$100 ><

Brought e photos tat e cameramen took throughout e trip... S$150. ><

Then.. Now leh.. At airport. Brought double-pork burger at Mcdonald. Lol.
S$6 leh. Haha
Then.. Went shopping. And brought sth tat s prohibited in check-in. Luckily... We rmb to check. So... Go back check.
Wasted some time. Lol

Now... Waiting for broading. ^^
Then.. Now delay for 20min. -.-
Suppose to fly at 4.
Now... 405pm... Then start broading...
And now... Reached in sg. ^^
Temp different s lyk... 10degree. Lol
Watched 3 movies on e flight. ><
And played some games...
Saw another sg actor in e plane also!
But.. I forget his name =P

dinner s super a lot..
1st.. @ 5+, give us eat the main meal
mine was seafood meal
cos.. the other is beef
but.. they got to choose the type...
my dad took that.. and so.. he ate the bibimbap.
but.. dun hv that kind of bowl lah
lol
then.. on my main meal
@ 1 of the side dish..
it's a salad
which.. they got put 1 long piece of sashimi on top!
haha
but.. too bad.. no wasabi. :(
then.. aft a while..
they give ice cream!
haha!
then.. @ 8+
they give tim sum
lyk.. supper lyk that
the 5+ de is dinner
the 8+ de is supper
cos.. i think.. 5pm de too early for dinner ba...
they give the dinner straight aft they give us the peanuts(snacks) and drink leh!

but.. their breakfast..
which we took when flying to seoul..
was only 1 main menu
and no more
but.. that time didnt eat much lah...
i think i said b4 rite?
i was having a bad headache cos of the constant unbalance of the plane
the "seat-belt on signal" was always on
=.=

anyway~
aft that..
on my phone..
and immediately recieved 3 sms-es

Came out of the arrival point
And saw dar! ♥

Urm.. And yea.. Waited for my dad to fetch us. Then now buying tmr breakfast... And going home~

I miss my dar(b4 i meet him)
I miss my teddy.
I miss my big bed! ^^

and that… marks.. the end of my Korea Trip: 8th Oct – 15th Oct 2010!
its really enjoyable. =)
will be even better.. if i didnt fall sick =P
but.. was really luckily than the taiwan trip.. cos at least... i recover in a day this time round. =)

went to my granny hse aft that
